Connecting business and design

Citizen Studio’s goal is to bring value to our clients’ business through design. Last week Linda Doherty attended a two-day intensive course to gain a better understanding of business strategy and the impact of design on overall marketing and business performance. The material spanned a wide range of topics including how brand can be a competitive advantage, the importance of customer experience and service, and how a good brand reduces risk for business.
